Mindless 2.0, a brand new experience

Finally, an app that actually holds you accountable.

You signed up because something felt off.

Maybe you were losing hours to your phone without realizing it. Maybe you kept unlocking it with no idea why. Maybe you just wanted to feel like you were in control again.

That's exactly why we built Mindless.

But honestly? The first version wasn't good enough. So we spent the last few months rebuilding the entire app from scratch based on feedback from our early users.

Mindless 2.0 launches next week. It's not an update. It's the app you helped us create. A complete redesign to the previous version.

Here's what's new:

Journaling that actually changes behavior. Guided prompts help you understand why you reach for your phone. The AI reads your entries and pushes you deeper when there's something worth unpacking. It's like self-directed therapy, built into your pocket. You can review your old journal entries, and get insights from Mindless as it learns your behavior over time.

Mood check-ins that reveal your patterns. Quick emotional snapshots throughout the day. Over time, you'll see connections between how you feel and how you scroll. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

An AI coach that remembers everything. Your intentions. Your journal entries. Your check-ins. The AI connects all of it, learns your patterns, and calls out your blind spots.

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we got was "I need Mindless to hold me accountable" it now does...

Insights you can actually use. We killed the confusing scores. Now you get clear, honest feedback based on your real behavior. One focus score, and an overview of your usage.

The goal was never to guilt you into using your phone less. It's to help you understand yourself so well that you naturally want to.

You're on this list, which means you get access before everyone else.

Watch your inbox next week. The moment Apple approves the update, you'll be the first to know.

If you've been waiting for the right time to try Mindless, this is it.

P.S. There are more surprises in 2.0 than I shared in this email...
